- Now add half of the chopped spinach with the well beaten white foamy Part of the egg. Mix well and also add the yellow mixture of the egg to it.
- Now in a heated frying pan, add oil. Then add onion and green chillies. Saute for 1-2 minutes until the onion become translucent. Then add the rest of the chopped spinach and cook well for another 2 minutes.
- Finally add the full egg mixture to the frying pan, spread it and level it. Allow it to cook for 1 minute in medium to high flame. Then add the cheese slices in one side of the omelette. Cover and cook for 7 mins in low to medium flame.
